12 November 2012

The President of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM), which manages the EU Observatory, has invited AAPA to join the group of private sector representatives participating in the Observatory to ensure appropriate balance, transparency and coverage of sectors most affected by IP infringements.

Sheila Cassells, Executive Director, welcoming AAPA’s appointment, said that the Observatory plays a key role on bringing together the private and public sector to support the continual fight against IP infringements. AAPA looks forward to contributing to the Observatory’s work and playing and active role in its work programme.
